In November 2016, our company became the owner of two interconnected buildings: the Belgrade Holiday Inn hotel from the famous IHG group and the Belexpo center - a multifunctional hall with an area of 2,500 m².
The purchase of the Holiday Inn hotel was in line with one of the main strategies of our company - the development of congress tourism in Serbia. Delta Real Estate carried out a complete reconstruction of the building, which included the construction of a new lobby with the highest world standards and the introduction of new software systems.
The Holiday Inn hotel has 4 stars, has 140 rooms, 7 meeting rooms, a garage with 80 parking spaces and an open parking lot with 110 spaces. It is located in an exceptional location, near the business zone of New Belgrade, just 10 minutes from Nikola Tesla Airport and 5 minutes from the city center.
In addition to accommodation units, the hotel offers various other facilities - spa and wellness program, fitness center, free parking, numerous facilities for children. It expresses concern for your pets as well, providing the possibility of a joint stay in the hotel.
The spacious and comfortable rooms are decorated with an elegant decor with a mix of earthy and bright colors. The interior is decorated in muted tones and soothing design, exuding comfort and warmth.
Guests can enjoy the specialties of Balkan cuisine prepared in a modern way in the restaurant Singidunum, as well as a drink with friends in the lobby bar Tablet Buzz.
Within the hotel there are 7 conference rooms with a capacity of 10 to 160 participants. All the halls are located on the first floor of the hotel, and their ability to connect gives an additional dose of flexibility, which makes this space suitable for all kinds of events and gatherings.
The direct connection between the hotel and the Belexpocentar multifunctional hall makes this space very attractive for the domestic and international congress industry. The maximum capacity of the Belexpocenter is 3,000 delegates, but for the needs of the event it can be easily divided into several smaller units.
