The focus was on the most exciting projects in the region, as well as current environmental and ESG trends.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"355\" data-end=\"650\">One of the highlights of the conference was<strong> Milo\u0161 Grdini\u0107, MRICS<\/strong>, who presented the <strong>renovation of Sava Centar<\/strong> and the planned luxury mixed-use complex, <strong>Delta District<\/strong>, in Belgrade. These projects attracted significant interest due to their potential to greatly impact the region\u2019s development.<\/p>\n<h6 data-start=\"652\" data-end=\"704\"><strong data-start=\"656\" data-end=\"702\">Sava Centar \u2013 Transforming a Belgrade Icon<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"706\" data-end=\"878\">Milo\u0161 reflected on the successful completion of the <a href=\"https:\/\/savacentar.rs\/\">Sava Centar<\/a> renovation, restoring its status as a symbol of congress, cultural, and business life in Southeast Europe.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"880\" data-end=\"1163\">Despite numerous challenges during reconstruction, including the lack of original documentation and construction obstacles, Sava Centar has become a hub for domestic and international events. Spanning over 100,000 m\u00b2, the development will feature four architecturally harmonized towers, integrating residential spaces, business areas, and exclusive amenities of the <strong>InterContinental Hotel<\/strong>, such as a panoramic pool and a wellness center.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"487\" data-end=\"802\">Residents will have access to premium facilities, including a private cinema, gym, kids&#8217; playroom, and a play &amp; chill lounge, significantly enhancing the living experience.
