A Brief Retrospective

Our company became the new owner of the largest conference centre in the region - Sava Centar. Just a year later we commenced the reconstruction of this widely-known facility.

Our portfolio expanded to include Holiday Inn Hotel in Belgrade, and the same day we became the new owners of the multifunctional hall Belexpocentar.

2016.November

By opening Delta Park retail park in Kragujevac we started a new chapter of shopping experience in our country. Delta Park was the first retail park in this city.
