A Brief Retrospective

Our company became the new owner of the largest conference centre in the region - Sava Centar. Just a year later we commenced the reconstruction of this widely-known facility.

Our portfolio expanded to include Holiday Inn Hotel in Belgrade, and the same day we became the new owners of the multifunctional hall Belexpocentar.

By opening Delta Park retail park in Kragujevac we started a new chapter of shopping experience in our country. Delta Park was the first retail park in this city.

Every industry leader’s task is to guide and improve everything and everyone around them. Back in 2008 our company opened the first shopping mall on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. This facility acted as a catalyst for change in the modern concept of shopping in the region.

As part of the "Circular Communities in Serbia" initiative, the Crown Plaza and Radisson Collection hotels, along with Sava Center catering, have found a solution for organic waste. Within one month, 5.8 tons of organic waste have been collected and redirected for recycling and processing into electrical and thermal energy.
