In September 2018, our company – Delta Real Estate signed the Donation Agreement and announced works on the renovation and furnishing of the kindergarten “Bubamara” in the settlement of Obilićevo, in Banja Luka.
Adaptation and equipment will increase the capacity of this kindergarten, which will be able to accommodate a larger number of children. This way, our company would like to contribute to increasing the capacity of preschool institutions in the city that will host our new shopping mall.
The signing of the contract was attended by officials of the city of Banja Luka, representatives of our company, Delta Holding, and the media.
“It is important to us that every country and society in which we do business develops together with us.” We believe that the future belongs to the youth and that special attention should be paid to the youngest members of the community. It is also important to enable parents to leave their children in an adequate space. And finally, we hope that with such actions we can set an example for other companies to join similar actions,” said Dejan Jeremić, senior vice president of Delta Holding.
The mayor of Banja Luka, Igor Radojičić, thanked the company for the valuable donation, emphasizing that any help is welcome in a situation where the City is trying to reduce long waiting lists in preschool institutions.
“On its part, the City strives to solve this perennial problem by opening new kindergartens and to increase the percentage of preschool children in the area of Banja Luka.” It is of great importance that socially responsible companies, such as “Delta”, which recognized our efforts and decided to help us in those efforts, are also included in this process,” said Radojičić.
