Notification regarding status change

We inform you that the company DELTA REAL ESTATE d.o.o. Belgrade, 8a Vladimira Popovića Street, in accordance with the legal provisions, started the procedure of a status change – merger of the company BLISTER PROPERTIES d.o.o. Belgrade, 8a Vladimira Popovića Street, whose founder and sole member is the company DELTA REAL ESTATE d.o.o. Belgrade, in accordance with the Draft Merger Agreement published on the website of the Business Registers Agency on 8 February 2022.

Company BLISTER PROPERTIES d.o.o. Belgrade, in accordance with the provisions of Article 486 of the Law on Companies, shall cease to exist without carrying out the liquidation procedure, transferring all of its assets and liabilities to the company DELTA REAL ESTATE d.o.o. Belgrade, on the day of registration of the status change in the register of business entities of the Business Registers Agency.
