The second largest shopping mall in Bulgaria represents our joint project with Bulgarian company AP Investments from Sofia. With a €120,000,000 investment we managed to ensure the construction of a shopping mall that covers the area of 110,000m², has seven floors, 1300 parking spaces and more than 40,000m² of rental space.
Varna is the second largest city and a well-known tourist centre in Bulgaria. By opening Delta Planet shopping mall we’ve created more than 2500 jobs, thus contributing to the development of economy of this beautiful city on the Black Sea coast.
The opening of Delta Planet in Varna saw many global brands introduced to the market of Bulgaria for the first time, some of which include: Pinko, Desigual, Ralph Lauren, Marco Polo, Cropp, Sinsay, Mango, Sport Depot, Billa, Cinema City, Domino’s and many others. International brands Reserved and Mohito have opted precisely for Delta Planet for their innovative big store concepts
Delta Planet Varna represents an entirely new concept of shopping experience in Bulgaria, the so-called retailtainment, which means that, apart from the shopping zone in the facility, special attention is dedicated to the entertainment segment for visitors of all ages.
As a special unique feature of this shopping mall we’d like to highlight the 12 meter tree-shaped slide that passes through all floors of the shopping mall and is a real attraction for all youngsters visiting Delta Planet in Varna.
