This is a piece of news that will always bring a smile to the faces of fans of shopping at H&M stores, and this is the main reason it has become a real pleasure for our leasing team. Back in 2013, as the then owners of the Delta City shopping mall, we managed to bring one of the best fashion brands on the world market to Belgrade.
The first H&M store spread over 2,400 m². The brand, which was founded in Sweden in 1947 and operates in over 50 markets, by opening this store marked its entry into a new market. A range of women’s, men’s, teenage and children’s clothing is on display, including sportswear, underwear and fashion accessories.
We continued this business model in all future shopping malls. For the first time on the market of Bulgaria, Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, thanks to the construction of shopping malls and retail parks, we introduced many brands that had not been present before. This way, we have provided our visitors with a world-class place of shopping and entertainment.
