The first shopping mall Delta Planet opened in Niš

Delta Planet in Niš ceremoniously opened its doors t o visitors. The first Delta Planet shopping mall in Serbia was opened in April 2021. This shopping mall offered an attractive offer and a unique shopping experience to the citizens of Niš. The opening was attended by numerous dignitaries and the media, and Angelina Nekić, vice president of Delta Holding and general manager of Delta Real Estate Group, addressed the attendees during the opening ceremony:
“We are opening a shopping mall that has regional importance for citizens and the economy of Niš and its surroundings. The capacity of Delta Planet is such that it will attract guests from all over southern and eastern Serbia, and we believe even from neighboring Bulgaria. With the creation of 1,100 new jobs, it is one of Delta’s projects that affects the wider community and contributes to the development and a different appearance of the cities in which we operate”.

Delta Planet Niš is located on the corner of Bulevara Nemanjića and Vojvode Mišića Street and is perfectly connected to all the main areas of the city.
The building is spread over two floors and occupies an area of 40,000 m². A large number of shops offered a rich selection of world fashion brands, many of which appeared for the first time on the market of this city. The following stand out among them: Replay, Kiko, Pet Republic, Dan John, Bershka, Pull&Bear, KFC, Walter, Reserved, Stradivarius, Sinsay, House, Mohito, Terranova, Calliope.

The attractive offer of the shopping mall includes a large selection of restaurants and cafés, a cinema with five screens, as well as areas for the youngest.

Delta Planet Niš was built in just 14 months, and what makes it stand out is its innovative architectural concept that follows world trends in retail. This shopping mall has 850 parking spaces, 42 of which are reserved for people with disabilities and 4 chargers for electric vehicles, which can be used by 8 vehicles at the same time.
