Projects transforming the landscape at the Archy Energy Conference

This year’s Archy Energy Conference provided an opportunity for meaningful dialogue on the role of architecture, innovation, and sustainability in shaping urban environments. Participating in such a discussion—with a project that already embodies these values—was both a motivator and a strong affirmation of the path we are following.

Goran Filipović, Senior Associate Engineer, presented our project Delta Iron—a next-generation business complex that brings new energy, new standards, and a new identity to the office landscape in Novi Sad.
Participating in an exchange of ideas with professionals from various fields, Goran highlighted the impact of large-scale developments on city growth, as well as the core values that Delta Real Estate incorporates into every investment cycle: quality, longevity, functionality, and a deep commitment to the community.

Next-generation business complex

Delta Iron is being developed at a strategic location in Novi Sad, just three minutes from the highway toll gate, offering fast access to Belgrade and easy connectivity to key points across the city. More than just office space, the project delivers a whole new experience of contemporary business. Its architecture follows the shape of the plot through four interconnected buildings that form a green central atrium—the symbolic and functional heart of the community.

Designed as a next-generation business complex, Delta Iron combines design, flexibility, and sustainability. The adaptable workspaces accommodate various business models, while additional amenities such as a gym, restaurant, and relaxation areas contribute to a balanced workday experience.

The project has been developed in line with LEED Platinum standards and achieves 60% energy self-sufficiency through the use of geothermal probes, over 4,700 solar panels, and smart systems for resource optimization. The complex features 588 parking spaces, 122 bicycle slots, EV charging stations, and green parking areas.

Transforming Novi Sad’s Urban Future

We believe that Novi Sad is increasingly establishing itself as a city with strong potential for the development of business zones. Delta Iron is our response to this need—a complex that, through its concept, amenities, and construction quality, is set to become a natural gathering point for the business community and a symbol of the city’s new urban identity.

Just as we once contributed to the transformation of a Belgrade neighborhood with the Belville project, today, we are building a space that will support the development of Novi Sad and make it more competitive, sustainable, and attractive for everyday life.

The impressions from the conference were truly inspiring. The exchange of experiences with other participants strengthened our commitment to sustainable business practices, environmental responsibility, and community contribution. Our projects generate value that goes beyond economics—deeply rooted in social and cultural benefits.
