Delta officially opened Delta Planet in Varna as well

With the sounds of a brass band, the Delta Planet shopping mall in Varna, the second largest mall of its type in Bulgaria, was officially opened.

The ceremony was attended by high-ranking officials from Bulgaria, the city of Varna, representatives of the media, embassies, and businesses from Bulgaria and Serbia.

“Delta is not coming to Bulgaria for the first time, more than 10 years ago it invested in the supermarket chain Piccadilly. Now, with the opening of the Delta Planet shopping mall, we have confirmation that Bulgaria is open for investments and that companies from Serbia are welcome in your country,” said the then-director of Delta Real Estate.

A rich program is organized for all visitors. An attractive flash mob with 100 participants, performances by various bands and famous YouTubers are just some of the attractions that visitors enjoyed.

This investment by Delta Real Estate and partner company AP Investment is worth EUR 120 million and covers 110,000 m2, of which 40,000 m2 is for rent. This shopping mall is based on a new “retailtainment” concept that combines shopping experience and entertainment. Thus, in this building there are large interactive zones for entertainment on as much as 4000m2. For the first time, the brands Pinko, Desigual, Ralph Lauren, Marco Polo, Cropp, Sinsay, Mango, Sport Depot, Sport Vision, Billa, Cinema City, and many others are coming to Varna. The international brands Reserved and Mohito will open their newest concept of larger stores right in this shopping mall.

Delta Planet shopping mall is located at 185 Bulevar Slivnica Street, it has four floors, two of which are at ground level due to the natural slope of the terrain. It has an additional three underground parking floors with 1300 parking spaces.

Just a week ago, Delta Holding opened Delta Planet in Banja Luka, the first shopping mall in that city.
